Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Joshimath.The Owner Mr.Bhatt is a wonderful host.Feels like home.The Rooms the Food,the ambience excellent! 👌👌
We stayed here for 3 nights. A very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Lovely staff and polite handling of guests. The breakfast scene at the terrace was fantastic! With the amazing views of the Himalayas! It was heavenly feeling! Very economical as well! I recommend this place to all! It is a little away from the main town area so it is extra peaceful. Go for it!
View form window is the best here,and the people are friendly and nice cottage room. A bit higher price
I would like to share some feedback from our recent stay at Himalayan Abode, which we booked for a night during our journey to Badrinath ji. Arriving with my family from Dehradun, we had a hiccup with Google Maps near the property, so I recommend to call hotel ahead for directions. The location offers breathtaking mountain views, especially at sunrise - a truly memorable experience. The stairs to some rooms are quite steep, so those with senior citizens should check accessibility beforehand. Although the food menu was limited, everything was tasty and served with care. Mr. Ramnarayan, the caretaker, was attentive and quickly addressed our concerns about a few spiders in one room, ensuring we felt comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed a peaceful and memorable stay, thanks to the beautiful setting and attentive hospitality.
The rent of the property is too high in comparision to quality offered. Though the staff was very cordial supportive ,there was lack of professionalism. The quality of bed and bedding was not upto mark. View is very good from the window.
